Where we deliver
We deliver to every province in South Africa. Courier handles parcels up to 30 kg; anything heavier, longer than 1.5 m, or classed as hazardous goes by freight on a pallet. You will see which applies to your order, and what it costs, before you reach payment.
What it costs
Orders over R2 500 ship free by courier. Below that, courier is charged by weight and destination and shown on the product page once you choose your province. Freight is quoted per order, because a 650 L fire-fighting unit to Upington is not the same job as one to Pretoria. If a freight quote is needed we send it within one working day and nothing is charged until you accept it.
How long it takes
- Gauteng, Free State, North West, Mpumalanga: 2 to 4 working days
- KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Eastern Cape: 3 to 5 working days
- Western Cape, Northern Cape: 4 to 7 working days
- Farm addresses off a main route: add 1 to 2 days, and please give us a landmark and a number that answers
These are working days from dispatch, not from order. Items in stock dispatch within two working days. If something is on back order we tell you before you pay, not after.
Agricultural remedies and chemicals
Herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and pool chemicals are classed as dangerous goods and travel by road freight only. They cannot go by air and cannot be delivered to a PO box. Delivery is to a physical address with someone over 18 to sign.
If something arrives damaged
Check the parcel before you sign. If the packaging is damaged, note it on the courier slip and photograph it, then contact us the same day on 010 020 6321 or [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We replace or refund damaged-in-transit goods; we cannot do that if the delivery was signed for as received in good order and reported a week later.
