The short version
Unused goods in their original packaging can come back within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Opened agricultural remedies, cut lengths of pipe or fabric, and items made or ordered specifically for you cannot.
What qualifies
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unused, undamaged, in original packaging with all parts, manuals and accessories
- Not on the exclusions list below
What does not qualify
- Opened or unsealed agricultural remedies, veterinary medicines and chemicals. This is a legal requirement under Act 36 of 1947, not a store policy.
- Pipe, fabric, rope, cable or any product cut to length for your order
- Machinery that has been fuelled or run
- Batteries that have been installed or charged
- Special-order items we brought in for you
Faulty goods
If something is faulty on arrival or fails within the manufacturer warranty, that is a different matter from a change of mind and the 14-day window does not apply. Contact us with your order number, a description of the fault and a photo or short video. We arrange collection, assessment and repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Protection Act.
How to return something

- We send a returns reference and, for bulky items, arrange collection
- Pack it as it arrived. Courier returns of small items are at your cost unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing
- We inspect on receipt and process the refund within 5 working days
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Card and Mobicred refunds show within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. EFT refunds are paid to the account the order came from.
