What we collect
To process an order we need your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. Payment details are entered directly with Payfast and never touch our servers. If you create an account we store your order history so you can reorder. We also log standard server information such as IP address and browser type, and use cookies for the shopping cart and for site analytics.
Why we collect it
To deliver what you ordered, to send you the order confirmation and invoice the law requires, to answer your questions, and to meet our own legal obligations around sales of agricultural remedies. We use analytics to understand which products people look for so we can stock them. We do not sell personal information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Couriers and freight companies get your name, address and phone number so they can deliver. Payfast processes payment. Our hosting provider stores the site. Google Analytics receives anonymised usage data. Each of them is bound to use the information only for the purpose we gave it to them.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for five years because SARS requires it. Account information is kept until you ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Write to our Information Officer at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Information Regulator at inforeg.org.za.
