The CAT 18V Brushless 1/4″ Hex Impact Driver Kit (DX71) delivers high-torque fastening performance engineered for timber construction, framing, and heavy fastener driving. Powered by a high-efficiency brushless motor, this impact driver supplies up to 215 Nm of maximum torque to drive large lag bolts and self-tapping screws without cam-out. An electronic 3-speed selector panel enables exact RPM and impact rate management across delicate and heavy-duty tasks. Built with a durable aluminium front gear housing for heat dissipation and an advanced PCM digital management circuit for overload protection, the DX71 remains cool under continuous load. The kit includes two 18V 2.0 Ah Li-ion batteries, a 4 A fast charger, a belt clip, and an injection moulded stacking carry case.
