Sizing it right
Generators are rated in kVA; your appliances are rated in watts. At the usual 0.8 power factor, 90 kVA gives you roughly 72 kW of running load. Leave headroom for motors: pumps, compressors and aircons draw several times their running current for a moment when they start. On a three-phase set, spread single-phase loads evenly across the phases so no phase is overloaded.
