Canadian Solar 620W Bifacial N-Type Panel

Canadian Solar solar panel rated at 620 W.

Key details

How many do you need?

A 620 W panel produces its rated output in full sun at standard test conditions. As a guide, a 5 kW array needs about 9 of these panels and a 10 kW array about 17. In most of South Africa a well-placed, north-facing, unshaded array averages very roughly 4.5 to 5 kWh per installed kW per day over a year, less in winter and more in summer (an estimate, not a guarantee).

Before you order

• Check the string voltage and current against your inverter’s MPPT range. Send us the inverter model and we work out the panels per string.
• Match mounting to your roof: IBR, Klip-Lok, tile or a ground frame.
• Avoid mixing panel models on one string; mismatched panels drag the whole string down.
• Panels are large and fragile: we pack and deliver them flat.

Collect in store at no charge, or ask us to deliver and we confirm the delivery cost to your town before you pay. Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, on top of your rights under the Consumer Protection Act. Prices include 15% VAT.

See mounting & rails for brackets, MC4 connectors for wiring, or full pallets for a better price per panel.
